Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- The Courier Guy: 1–6 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over the threshold shown at checkout
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Local & International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. An adult (18+) may be required to accept delivery of alcoholic beverages, and proof of age may be requested by the courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an addressing error, re-shipping costs will be for the customer’s account.
Delivery Inspection & Notification (24 Hours)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues with received orders (including breakages, shortages, or incorrect items) must be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for investigation or resolution with the courier.
Shipping Insurance
No shipping insurance is offered. Parcels travel subject to the courier’s standard terms and liability limits. If you prefer additional cover, please arrange your own insurance prior to dispatch.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery using the details on our Contact page, including photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and affected items. We will liaise with the courier to investigate. Resolution is subject to the courier’s findings and liability limits.
