Terms and Conditions

• The Bouchard Finlayson Wine Club is available to South African residents only.
• All Wine Club Members should be 18 years and older.
• All memberships stay active until cancelled by Bouchard Finlayson or the member.

Subscription Membership:

• You agree to receive wine on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly period as selected on sign up. You agree to the recurring fee debited from your account for the period of the subscription until cancelled.
• Each shipment will include a curated box of Bouchard Finlayson wines including new releases, special vintages or carefully selected wines and items.
• The amount to be deducted will be fixed according to your shipment selection at R750 and is subject to annual increase.
• You may cancel your membership with one subscription notice.
• Cancel your Wine Club membership on your online profile or contact johann@bouchardfinlayson.co.za
• Delivery is subject to receipt of payment and will be made door to door to the address given during sign up. Should your address change you can update it in your online profile.

Flexible Membership:

• Once you’ve activated your membership with the activation box including a selection of Bouchard Finlayson wines you will immediately have access to 15% discount on SELECTED current vintages
• There is no monthly commitment to wine purchases and the member may buy wines at your own convenience.
• Price and Payment: All prices quoted include Value Added Tax (VAT).
